Hi, the guy with whom you have been in relationship appears to be very dangerous and volatile. If he persist in harassing you the same way, you should take legal steps before he does anything. you can either issue a legal notice warning him of consequnces if her continues to bother you.

One army person used to say that he will marry me On that he convinced my parents and since then both of us used to chat with each other on phones. He also had sexual intercourse with me on false promise of marriage. Later he refused me. I made fir against him (417,420,376 ipc). after 14 days remand he got bail. And charge sheet is not prepared yet. How can move this case to army court. Is there any way to move this case to army court, will they give justice for me or not?
Hi, it is very unfortunate that the person you have loved has deceived you on false promise of marriage. The way things went in your case appears to me, as if that man has made false promise to get intimate with you. It's very a painful situation. Yes, you should take some legal action to fix this man.

Yes, you can file for divorce and harassment against your husband and the said lady. You are entitled for alimony as well. As adultery is not an offense you may not succeed against the said lady in filing a criminal case against her.

Got married for 3yrs not even stayed for 5 days together no sex can the marriage be void on what grounds I asked the girl to come for conjugal rights several times but she is denieing me how can I get divorced quickly
Hi…. Yes marriage can be void but it’s tricky situation due to lapse of time. However dissolution is possible on the grounds of cruelty and desertion. Depriving conjugal society to husband is itself a ground for divorce.

Hi, I've been married for two years and it was a loveless marriage. I've been vocal abt my problems nd he hasn't responded or acknowledged my issues. Finally when my saturation point was hit, I told him that I'd like to divorce him if the same continues. He started suspecting that I've someone else in my life. He installed an audio recorder and keep tracking my emails nd phone. I was attracted to an old friend and he has too much private information now. Would that info be used against me proving it adultery in court? I've changed passwords nd he is angry about that..he said we could go for mutual consent divorce. Also would I be eligible for maintenance if I'm a home maker.
As regards using your audio recording as proof in court , yes it can be used subject to fulfilment of some conditions.
2. Going to mutual also had to be joint decision and suggest meet with a lawyer and then talk to your husband.
3. Maintenance you may get if you are a home maker

We are married for 1.6 years and have no kids. Due to disagreements my wife is asking for divorce and sent notice through her lawyer for the same. Notice only says that she is asking for mutual consent divorce as she the relationship is unhappy and not working. She also mentions that if I don't come for mutual consent, she would approach court and claim domestic violence against me. What should I do now and as my wife is asking mutual consent divorce, should I pay her any compensation or its not required(she is working person)
All depends on how you wish to take it forward. If you are okay they will proceed for mutual. Else you have to reply by asking her to come back if you wish to live with her and not divorce her. Alimony can be discussed and sorted.

Hi my wife is living separately with my 3 years old kid from last 6 months and not allowing me to see my son.. So I want to apply for only visitation rights without the custody as my son is below 5 years old
You have to file an application under Guardians and wards Act seeking visitational right before the District Family court in whose jurisdiction the child is residing. Usually courts does grant visitation rights to non custodial parents.
