I want legal Distribution of my mother property my father is no more and my younger sister and his husband has Converted My Mother Mindset In Wrong Manner And Changed Everything And Also They Have Changed Everything With Their Name we are 2 sisters as per my knowledge my mother have only one property as of now of her name and some deposits as per my knowledge I want a legal distribution of my mother property as my father told me orally that this property and whole distribution will on your name but I do not have any legal paper proof and my husband and me are very honest and I am trustworthy we never think of such things we want a way so that we can proof and take distribution of property in my name please suggest me what to do
If you don't have any legal paper proof or any witnesses, then the property will be distributed equally among the legal heirs of your father, means wife of your father (your mother) and all the issues of your father.
If your father had made a will in favour of your mother that only she will be the legal owner of all his properties, then she is free to give the properties to anyone.
But if your father passed away interstate, means without making any will, then as I already told above, property will be distributed equally among all the legal heirs of your father.

Case 13a is going on , now we decided to file for 13b, 482....but due to health issues our counsel is not able to give time to us , can we file 13b,482, with some other lawyer as a fresh case
You can engage a new Lawyer in the same cases after getting NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the previous Lawyer.
The Lawyer who is currently engaged being not able to attend due to health issues, can easily give you the NOC.
But, if the new 13B case has not yet been filed by the existing Lawyer of the 13a case, there will be no need to get the NOC. You will be able to engage a new Lawyer without the NOC.

I need to apply for my passport but I am unable to could you please help me with the same how I can apply
In this case you will be able to apply for passport only on being acquitted from the charge under section 392 of the IPC.
The offence under section 392 is a non-bailable one, but even if you get bail under section 439 of the CrPC, you will have to follow conditions of bail which won't allow you to leave the country.

You are requested to tell we will have required advocate or not as government prosecutor will manage all as per police
Will not be required, but if you want you can appoint an advocate in addition to the prosecutor with the consent of the prosecutor and also with the permission of the Court.
But, this will not mean that the prosecutor will leave the case.

An FIR has been registered of IPC 376(2n) as the case states on the pretext of marriage, got anticipatory bail, got job but the demand of the IOCL company is that you should be aquitted or quashing FIR before 31st may if you want to do job. I am not able to understand why court says that u r innocet till proven guilty and at the same time u face so many consequences as i have done lot of hard work and got this job and now i m loosing it.Please suggests me some advice.
You are not facing any consequences, what you are facing is the established procedure of a Criminal Trial.
You can 'try' to get the FIR quashed by the Hon'ble High Court, that is the only option you have now.
But remember, it is not compulsory for the Hon'ble High Court to quash the FIR, the Hon'ble High Court may or may not allow quashing of the FIR. Because possibility of an FIR being quashed depends on how the case under the FIR is prepared.
You can contact personally for detailed consultation.

My brother has left our home and now his wife is threatening my mom's dad and me (a female) that she will file a case of dowry, home violence and etc. In blackmailing, she is asking for an amount of 15lac which my father is not in a condition to give in such a short span of time in which she is wanting. Also, he is a bp + sugar patient so he gets minor attacks whenever he has to visit police or deal with such things. Please help me, anyone, what can we do to secure ourselves. I have my exams if she takes us to court my carrier will be destroyed. Is there anything by which We can prove that she is filing a false case? Her lawyer is also supporting in this false case but no one helping us.
Yes, there may be many points which can help you to prove her case is false, but you can do so only in the Court, not out of the Court or not before her case reaches before the Court.
There can be no such security arrangements by which you can stop her from filing cases.
There can be no such steps which won't let her file cases against you.
Lawyers don't support in false cases, any case their client states is true for them, it is their professional duty. Don't accuse Lawyers.
As you say that her accusations against you are false, then in the event the matter reaches before the Court, you can successfully prove that her case is false and fabricated.

Hi, i have received a notice from mahila thana to get counseled where my wife approached there and complained, i stay in other state, how to proceed further.
To proceed further, you will have to attend the Mahila Thana Counseling Session.
There is no other way, you cannot avoid call of the Mahila Thana.
Even if they register a case against you, you will get chance to appear before the Court and to apply for bail. You will get bail in this case, so don't worry.

Hello, I got engaged to a girl 6 months ago. But after the engagement, I found the thinking of girl is totally different from me and there are compatibility issues. Seeing this, I told the girl and both the families that I'll not be happy in this marriage. Now, the girl's side is pressurising me and my family to complete the marriage. I'm worried that they will be filing fake dowry, 420 etc. related cases on me and my family. How to counter their fake allegations? And how should I refuse them for the marriage such that it won't backfire on me in case they file a complaint.
If you don't want to marry, just don't. Don't worry about false cases.
Your question that how should you refuse, is totally wrong. Because there is no method or procedure of refusal. Just refuse, refusal will never backfire in any manner!
Fake/false allegations can be successfully countered/defended in the Court of law. But there is no pre-arrangement in law which may stop the opposite party from filing cases against you. Whenever they file cases, you will have to fight them.

My brother peeing at 12AM in night in the near by gutter to my house, at that time my neighbours dougther came there and make false allegation that he was nude in front of her on second day. After that her mother tried to beat my brother but he escaped due to self defence in nearby town. After 9 month he wants to come to his home due to week financial condition and her daughter is a heart patient but the neighbour threating him, but there is no police complaint field from the neighbour (apposition). The apposition party denied for settlement and threatening to beat him. So what legal action should I have to take in this regard.
Your brother can complain to the Police in advance, and even after if they actually do something against your brother after his return. But there is no legal remedy to stop them from threatening your brother.
If your brother files a complaint in advance and if then he comes back, still there will be no guarantee that they won't do anything.
