Dear Madam,
You have to go to High Court to get transfer your FIR from one state to another state but in rarest of rare cases such order will be passed. Hi there, it seems like there are a few details to clarify. Here's a revised version of your sentence: "Hi, sir. One of my friends registered an FIR for a cheating case related to marriage. Sadly, she later committed suicide. Now, her family doesn't want to pursue any case against the accused. However, since she filed the complaint before her death, will the police still proceed to register the charge sheet, or will they close the case?"
Dear Sir,
Yes, the complaint lodged by deceased wife will continue and if charge sheet is not filed the Police will investigate and then file charge sheet will be filed if sufficient evidence is collected. If charge sheet is already filed the case of the deceased become weak thus there are chances of accused being acquitted.

I had lent an Amt XYZ to my close Friend and had taken written Agreement & Cheque for given Amt. He failed to repay within agreed period. I presented the cheque which was dishonoured (Insufficient Funds). Now my Friend is ready to repay the Amt on monthly basis alongwith one fresh Cheque for which I need Mutual Agreement. Could you please me as I'm a Senior Citizen and cannot move around.
Dear Sir,
Cheque is the strong document and better take it in blank so that anybody on your behalf present the cheque and get it bounced and then file cheque bounce case. Further, mutual agreement may be drafted on e-Stamp paper of Rs Five Hundred. Take signatures of two cases on such agreement.

My husband have applied for divorce though we were living together because of his parents wanted me to leave my husband. It's under 13,(1),(Ia) what does that mean. How can I punishment them for trying to hurt our relationship though we were together even after receiving notice.
Dear Madam,
Your husband filed Divorce case alleging cruelty and domestic violence committed by you. In most of the cases Courts do not grant divorce on those grounds. If you are interested and defend the above case then you have to file Domestic Violence case against your husband and his family members and produce the same before the Court.
