I own a free hold commercial property in Sector 14, Rohini Delhi. My father had given this property 10 years back when he had passed away. I have registered will and mutation already done in my name. I have a sister who is happily married since 25 years. There is no objection or claim in this property and every bill, property tax is in my name. Can i sell the property now or do i need anything else

How much are the charges for making a will and what are the requirements

My religion is hindu and married in 2017. No baby as of now. I want to file divorce as we have so much compatibility issue ,fight with parents etc. My wife living in same house but we are living separately. We do not have any talk , physical relation or any kind of bonding despite of she is living forcefully in my house . I also tried to solve this matter with help of some local relatives but this is failed , her parents do not want to come to talk /discussion. Request you to please guide the way-out

Mine is a builder floor in a building built on 200 yrds plot. There are 4 floors. Each floor has 2 parking space. But recently we came to know that 1 of the resident has 3 parking space. When we approached regarding the same he told us that he has purchased that space from builder. Then i went through my agreement in which i noticed that the builder had allocated one parking space in his own name. And also added an clause that the his allocated portions can be sold by him to anyone. All the other residents missed this clause. Now that resident with extra parking space has put his lock on one of the gates which comes in that 3rd parking area. Can anything be done now.

I have been married for 3 years and have a 9 month old child out of this marriage. My mother passed away just one month after my marriage. My wife has been abusive and physically beating me and father physically . Not giving him food, throwing away his belongings, not allowing him to use house things ( this house belongs to my father not me). She threw hot tea on my father twice. We called the police and filed the complaint . I tried to make her understand but with no avail. She started using foul language and threatening msgs to my sisters and my brother in laws, as a also stopped coming. last night she threw water on my father and hit him and me with wipers many time. we filed a complaint. please help we are victims of her and need protection and Divorce.

Some where before a year coincidently i clicked some advertisement about call girls. I text and ask details about money and pictures. after getting i get feared and blocked them. recently i got fake police call and they are saying one of the call girl get arrested and you mobile number and chats are showing in her mobile. you will be get FIR and penalised for 2 year.
