IF I CONSTRUCT A NEW HOME IN MY DAD'S PROPERTY AFTER HAVING MY GIFT DEED CAN HE STOP THE CONSTRUCTION.

It all depends upon right of succession The validity of your gift Fathere property belongs to all his sons and daughters and wife equally Merely because of khatha ur mom will not become owner hence validity of her gift deed is doubtful

Sale deed was executed in the year 1966-1967, Buyer and seller are expired. Buyer has all evidences to claim the property. but one witness who has done signature his still alive and not coming to court to tell the true facts.Till date all khatas, Pani and tax paid in the name of buyer. A muslim lady fraudulently obtained property papers for a house owned by her brothers (in collusion with one brother). Another brother lives upstairs lawfully in portion of house allotted to him. The lady now harasses upstairs brother and wife; calls police frequently. There are criminal cases against her for said above fraud on house.She is US citizen. Is there a way to have her vacate while the said property is in litigation? She is a nuisance on the street - the upstairs brother and wife are long time residents. we are trying to help them. Hi, In my school TC they have wrongly updated my caste name. My actual caste is DevAdiga but it is updated as only Adiga (Brahmin) so we were also unaware of this. Later we have given the same details for all further degree and master degree which I pursued. Actually my original caste has some reservation as it comes under Category 2A but I have not utilized any of the reservations and benefits till completion of my education. As I was a merrit student it didn't bother me for my studies. Now I wanted to change my caste details given in school and henceforth I need to use my original caste name wherever necessary. Kindly suggest the way. I have not availed any benefits of my real caste till now and was in trouble most of the time because the wrong caste updated in TC (school Transfer Certificate) held up me to get more Mark's all the time as it went have any reservations or scholarships.
