I am a muslim. I have a house in the name of myself & my brother. It’s a 2 storeyed building. Now we have mutually decided to divide it & one part of the building has been given to me & the other half to my brother. Now i want to demolish my share of building & construct a new one since its very old. But my brother is objecting to it & has stopped me from demolishing. He says since it has common foundation, I cannot demolish & build my share of the building. He is doing so to harass me. Kindly advise if he can stop me from demolishing my share of the building & if yes why?
No . Legally your brother can not stop you to reconstruct your house. Only you will have to take care that you are not damaging his portion. You can take the help of engineers so that your portion can be safely demolished

I got married few years back (child marriage) now I'm 24 year old . Actually I was never happy with the marriage but family forced to stay with her . Back in 2017 feb she filed a case under ipc 498a , 341 and 323 . In the FIR almost every information was false given . So I got bail from the court . Now we find out that she got married again with someone and she have a baby girl but case is still pending . So finally what Should I do , can I file bigamy case against her but I don't have any documents of her marriage ceremony but we have some witness ,. Is it sufficient to file bigamy?
In the criminal case, filed by her, you may take the point of her second marriage. The court will noice her to show cause in the matter. Let her reply come. In the meantime you try to collect some evidences.

Rest of two brothers have no child. My grandfather have two child. My father younger and his big brother. One of my grandfather's brother had registered his will to both of my father and his big brother. Then, rest of one brother had died without registered will to any body. After my grandfather death, my grandmother registered his will to my mother. And father's big brother registered will to my father. He has four sister and a son.His all four sister and a son nortured my father and made marriage to all daughters. After thirty years,my father was died three years ago.He gave some part of our land to big brother' child for living. Now, he is claiming half share on my house property. That is registered on my father and mother name. What is legal right? Please suggest me and my action to solve this matter.
If the property has been given by registered will in favour of your father and mother then, only their children are legal heir of this property. No other is entitled to get any share. If he file any suit in this regard, you can take your plea, as above.
