someone took 270000 from me in cash for Mahada Flat he posed as a mahada agent, later we came to know he's fraud, now he is blackmailing us if we go to the police, police will arrest us as it was a illegal activity, Further he also made a friendly loan agreement and gave us a cheaque, we have filed 138 Ni act case, How do i file a police complaint as there is no documentary proof but I have the call recordings where is accepted the fraud. Please guide me on how to file a FIR ?
Well, you can get a FIR lodged against him on the basis of that call recording which you have. In order to do so, file a Police Complaint in such nearby Police Station, where the Crime has got committed.
