I have filed an FIR for an attempt to rape, molest and kidnap my daughter from the school campus by a stranger at gunpoint. I need guidance to proceed further, My only concern is to protect my child from further abuse by the police. they have already troubled her for hours in the police station by asking her to repeat the ordeal. The school authorities are not cooperating.

6 months ago we got arrange marriage as a Hindu. she started complaining lot about my mother. She wants me to be separated from my parents and move along with her. she says we all dominate her. I have filed divorce case directly without legal notice.wife neither giving divorce not ready to live together.she asked for order 18 under D V act.
