I Have lended money amount of 9 lakh and received 10% in return till now. In which court can i file complaint if he is from other state for easy, cost effective and early recovery process: consumer, civil or criminal court? can I file a complaint without sending a legal notice as i have a voice recording where he has clearly said the we will talk this matter only through court. He has also used sexually abusive words for me, so being a woman can I add this in my court statement?
This is my advice to you:
1 You can issue a legal notice by a lawyer;
2 You can also file for recovery by filing a case in small causes court or civil court where matters are expedited;
3 You can also file an FIR in police station if he is being abusive;
4 You need to give more details;

He has to cover himself up, and ask for RERA extension on multiple occasions, Now he got a part OC for the tower we are living in and has given us a demand letter on payment of all the remaining amount otherwise late payment charges. Remember he has not completed all the promised amenities. I paid the whole amount, but now he is saying pay for the late charges

Booked an under construction property.My payment is through Bank and its due as per agreement.Had Loan Sanction but bank has not disbursed as there was no CC for the Floor on which i have my Flat.Now Builder is forcing me to go with Bank of his choice which is ready to disburse without CC.In case i am not going with this Bank they are threatening to take legal route to cancel the agreement. What is my Legal Right if i don't want to cancel the agreement and don't go with bank of his choice.
This is my advice to you:
1. You need to vet your Agreement with a lawyer;
2. If there are terms that say that you need to disburse the amount as per schedule then you have to adhere to it;
3. Also you can still request your bank to disburse the loan amount and you will bear the risk;
4. If dissatisfied with the builder then file a complain to RERA that such kind of conditions are not there in the agreement;
5. Proper advice can only be shared once you describe your case in detail.
