My sister in law( bhabhi) is abusive and often threats to my mother and father. She said that she will get me murdered. What to do

I received a legal notice addressed to me and other family member. Sender made false claims in notice that I have taken hand loan on multiple occasions and wrongly claiming for witnesses btw which I have never taken. But my other family member did take money from sender something using my name without my consent. Now sender wants me to pay wrongfully claimed amount and blaming for bad loan given to my other family members.

I have a friendly and talkative personality in general, therefore, I had a friendly equation with my boss also, but suddenly he started calling me a lot in his personal office and started physically touching me in a very uncomfortable way. It made me feel very uneasy and scared to work around him. What should I do about this behavior? Are there any legal remedies available for me?
