Need Help? I won't keep you waiting
After registering FIR police is investigating the complaint. Accused is filing petition u/s 482 CrPC in Delhi High court. My query is whether i can file caveat? or Will I, complainant, will get notice or police has to defend the matter
The state and the complainant both gets notice in quashing petitions. Without any merits no case can be quashed. Also the nature of the offence also needs to be considered. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

This fact is mentioned is also mentioned his will. How can i get the title transfer to my name to sell this flat? Please advise and oblige
Will can be registered even after the death of the testator so you can get the Will registered and thereafter can move to DDA authorities for mutation of the property on your name. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

My father got some money after seeking my grandfather’s property, took some loan and bought three different properties.\n\n2 were on loan and on my fathers name \n1 was not on loan and on my mothers name\n\nAfter my father died in 2020, me and my brother signed a relinquishment deed and gave our stake in the property to our mother.\n\nNow I know that my mother is making up an will and giving everything to my brother. \n\nWhat can I do in this case? Can I claim anything?
In this case, you can claim partition in the properties which exclusively belonged to your father. As per law of succession you have your equal share in your father property. For any further legal assistance please contact

Does the district collector don't have any right to cancel the passbook issued illegally to other person ? Is civil court Is the only option to cancel the passbook issued illegally by revenue office people to favor others and when we complain they issued memo to goto court which is ridiculous because it was our land wrongly transfered to other person now asking us to goto court.can we take legal action on official of revenue office ?
The authorities mentioned in your brief does not have authority to decide the title. However if any wrong decision has been taken which is contrary to the documents and proofs, they can rectify the same. If there is any dispute to the title, then civil courts are the only remedy. I am a cabin crew , since iam medically unfit to fly I wanted immediate release from the company so that I can get my treatment done. However, they are threatening me that they will not accept my resignation unless I serve notice period doing any random ground job they will ask me to do. I do not have any consent for that. According to the contract papers, it is mentioned that I have the option to pay the basic salary in lieu of the notice period. However it is mentioned it can insist on the notice period.\nThey are not even accepting my resignation unless I commit to serve the notice period. I did not sign up for any job role that they will make me do. They said I do not have choice. What should I do?
It’s a right of an employee to resign from my company and no company can compel you to work there. The best the company can claim is the salary for notice period as per its terms and conditions. You can resign and claim for your full and final settlement. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

Only 2: legal heir showing up on notary unregistered release deed. My elder brother did not mention his name as a legal heir on the notary unregistered release deed and transfer the property to his name by relinquishing my property share in his favour. Can I file any criminal action of cheating against him in police?
If your brother has fabricated and forged any documents and details to usurp your share then the same amounts to criminal offence of cheating and many other offences as per law. However you need to take immediate action against him and also would require to take stay over the property so that he do not sell it or creat any further right.
