My brother has been arreasted and jailed last week after a lady of the age 47 has filed an fir agaist him for giving false assurance of marriage and having regular sex with him since 2017by my elder brother age 53. and when she come to know that he is already married with two surviving children age 17 (a daughter) and age 27(a son) with a housewife of age 45. we moved the bail petition in lower court where he was arrested and jaied by the magistrait. but our bail petition has been rejected. what shoud we do.
Hello, your question is so nice but on other hand you are fully poor & innocent. You must have to consult before taking any step. This is THE BEST CSAE FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL, even in case of surrender cum bail your petition must be allowed but as you stated it is a surprise . you engage a wise Lawyer not qualified Lawyer
Now, you file bail petition before PDJ , Consult a Good Lawyer , definitely you will get bail, if your FIR is as same as you have stated above.
Thanks.

Dear Sir, I had given 10 lacs to a builder. 5 lacs cheque in the name of builder, 2 lacs in cash, and 3 lacs cheque in the name of the builder's firm. All payments were made on different dates. After agreement was made i approached SBI for Home Loan as the builder informed me that all paper required for loan has been given to the bank. The bank informed me that some papers were less and hence loan was not getting sanctioned. The agreement was terminated (not legally) by mutual agreement and the builder gave 4 cheques as refund. a cheque of 3 lacs of the firm was credited in the 2nd attempt. Rest 3 cheques of total value of 7 lacs of the builder's personal account have bounced. What legal option do i Have. The validity of cheques expire on 29th April 2020
well, you consult a lawyer who will do each & every thing on behalf of you . You must follow the instructions of your lawyer. Don't lose patience but be careful. you have limited options to recover that amount.
For details you may consult with entire documents as early possible.

Hello mr. ,

Sir, i would like to ask you regarding to the motor accident case. our truck is detained by the police of dhanbad, jharkhand. in this matter our lorry was passing from allahbad to dhanbad and during the transit a person met with the accident and subsequently he died in the hospital. Before his death we did not filed the F.I,R before the police station and when we went to the police station in order to release our vehicle they said, first the F.I.R shall be longed and then vehicle will be release from the court only. my concern is- 1) please tell me the whole procedure of court for release of the vehicle once the F.I.R longed. 2) please explain me the steps.
Well, you consult a lawyer with entire documents of vehicle ,who will file vehicle release petition on behalf of regtd. owner before the court concerned.
you have nothing to do more . It's so simple . After satisfaction court will order to furnish bond & ultimately issue vehicle Release order to the Concerned police station. Concerned police will release the vehicle to it's owner.
Thanx
