Wife suffering from bipolar disorder and having an affair with someone

We are married couple for 17 years with two children past 4 years back I left abroad since my is emotional. Bipolar disorder person she was easily trapped by my tenet and they both started living as husband and wife my wife with drew her relationship with me past four years I filled conjugal rights but she is clear not to live with me I don't have evidence for illegal affair except that boy friend stayed in my house for past three years. And after consulting psychiatric symptoms of wife confirmed it's bipolar disorder. But I don't have proof so that I can recover my children's kindly advice me
Kindly let me know what happened to the Petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by you? How old are your children? Based on their age, you can ask for custody of the children. Also will the children want to live with you? If your wife is really having medical problems then the children would not like to live with her and if you file for custody then the children may want to live with you. Where is the boy friend now?
