Wife not allowing to see my baby girl

I live abroad. My wife and I decided end of last year when baby was 2.5 months old that it would be better for baby and mother to stay in India with he parent. Since I left India she has stopped access to my baby. I have not seen my baby since. I live abroad and due to Covid -19. I cant visit India. I need access to my baby, what should i do?
you can file a writ petition before the high court and seek order for visiting rights and virtual visiting rights and telephonic talks.
or you can file petition before the family court for getting visiting rights and court will grant your application and allow you to see your child
