wife has filed a false complaint in women's cell.

hello, I am Venkatesh C currently residing in Pune, Maharastra and working for TATA MOTORS as a Manager, basically i am from Karnataka,Ramanagara District. My wife has filed a false complaint against me and details as bellow - I am demanding a 20Laks dowry amount - I had drink and fight with her while staying in pune and slap her - As they are not ready to give dowry amount, me and my uncle ahd tried to slap her parents - And once i had slap her and put in the house inside and went to office without giving key to her. above complaint's are false and their is no evidence for that also to prove them correct when 1st and 2nd counseling had happened, and during 2nd counseling they are saying that they going to live seperately, she is not ready to come to my home and not to my parent's house nor to her parent's house also, she has saying that until she get's confidence on me she won't come to me. what shall i do now? please suggest.
