I m going to file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, as my wife is not coming for martial life sin

I m going to file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, as my wife is not coming for martial life since 1 year , she stayed with me for 3 weeks. Can my wife file for false cases like 498 & DV etc ?? She didn't even visited her in laws house at least once. If she files , how can I escape ?? She is saying " I won't come to court , nor martial life . Do what ever you want " . Please Help me out.
She can file 498A and DVC . You can not escape from those cases. But, in normal course you can get Police Station bail. If have doubt then you can apply for Anticipatory bail. if need more information you may contact us.
