Wife asking for maintainance on false grounds of torture

Later try to bring her back but she dined. Later on 22.02.217 I have emailed her to come back but no response. Then again I have loaded complaint on 07.03.217. My family also tried to bring her back. I have all medical reports and email copy and police complaints. But in the month of July 2017 I have received court notice under section 125 she is asking 20k maintenance. Her notice stated that I through out her from home and I touchered mental and physical. I have dined all her allegations returned notice. Recently we went for counseling I have not say any allegations on her and she also told some allegations. Finally counseller says to lawyer husband and wife don't have any strong reasons for breakup. But my wife told she will not come back. I have also filed rcr in Bangalore the first hearing in month of October 2017. With any falt of mine she is asking matainance. She is not loaded any complaint against me and my family. Pls advice what to do
When you have filed an RCR you mention about the same in Maintenance case before the court that you have not deserted her neither sent her out of the house and she herself has gone out by alleging false allegation, as you are ready to take care of her you are not liable to pay any maintenance, submit the same through your advocate and let's see what would be the reaction of court and then you can proceed. In my opinion you can't force any one to stay with when they don't want to continue the relationship with you whatever may be the reason or without any reason.So move on and go for mutual consent divorce it will make you to part away peacefully instead of spending your quality time in court.
