My wife faught and left my house with the help of police since more than 2 month over, I tried convenience her to come back but no luck,she said I want divorce in month of Jan or Feb 2021. ( marriage month Nov 2019 and registered marriage certificate month : Dec 2019) ...Ques: what is the cost for mutual divorce and total time to take the process. PS: I asked the reason for divorce but reason seems not valid (ex : trust factor - she said she don't trust me) Ques: what's is valid reason for taking mutual divorce? ( We both Belongs to Hindu religion)
For mutual consent divorce takes six month time and cost will be depends upon your advocate. At the time of reconciliation judicial officer will try to reunion. If you need more advice please contact me.

Mutual Reason should be there should not be force from each other and voluntarily both decided and intended to be saparate without any aligation on each other.
