Wife and in laws threatening for false case what to do

I want help and safety from my wife and In law as they are superstition and always involved in my family matter and they used to go a baba/molvi/tantrik and as per his advice my wife mix up something on my food daily,I have only contact number of the baba. Her parents are fully involved on this and her father in Delhi police and he threatened to me and my family member that they will jailed to us and imposed false cases against us.I have two small kids my wife took both of them along with her to her parents home.She lives there from more than one month and her mother told that they will demand money from us.I was living separate along with my wife and kids.This home I took on home loan due to bad manner and nature of my wife,she used to abuse my family member on my previous home where she came after marriage. What can i do ?
In this case you can lodge a FIR or if police are not lodging the FIR you can approach the Superintendent of police. Even if nothing happens you can file the complaint in the magistrate court under Criminal Procedure Code. There are various procedures for remedy in your case.
