When can a person marry if court has declared marriage null and void

Court has declared marriage null and void , so in how many months can a person remarry if the order is already passed

As the court has already passed the order, especially that of null and void which means that the person was never married only in the first place. Hence, you can marry any time you want to. In fact, this would be the first marriage as the first marriage has been declared null and void.
