Madam are you ok . How can you think to be back to them as they are in human . Go to your parents make your baby safe . What will you do in case they kill you and the baby . Go to your parents and file FIr on them and file case on them for the domestic violence and cruelty. And I would say best is go for the divorce and get the salary and the property attached for you and baby . How can you think that person like this can improve any how .

Dear Madam,
If your husband has forced you to move out of the matrimonial home you can file a suit u/s 12 of the Domestic Violence Act under which you can claim protection rights, maintenance ,custody of child etc. It has to be filed before the MM Mahila court.

File a FIR against all and let them know that they have sent you outside house just because you are not allowing them to beat you. arrange two or three witness who will favour you before magistrate after that contact to your local lawyer who will be an expert in these cases.

You can file a domestic violence case to re-enter your matrimonial house and seek to be free from any further domestic violence. Your in-laws cannot prevent you from entering your matrimonial house unless they have been granted an injunction against you.
