What to do my is harassing and threatening me

i married 26/02/2002 afterward she stay with me for 16 years after that now she does want to stay with me ,she want stay with her parents & demanding money for every month as a maintenance for her & our children either i will go to police & complain against me & my family, that we are harassing to her but she never stay with my parents whole time stay with me now she issued a notice to me self signed by her i had replied to her notice that I am deny all the complains and request to come back home with children for their better future & for good education with comfortable atmosphere my kids are studying in my town one of them is in 9 th std &other is in 7 th std elder is my son &other is my daughter she taken all the ornaments from my home her & my belonging also like service coin as well as murti of saibaba and so many now what to do she is in influence of her parents for all the above
File a petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act asking the Respondent to rejoin your company and stay with you. Futther, you can also mention in the petition how she is damaging your children's future and education by doing so and why it is necessary for children's future to return back.
You can also file a police complaint under section 406 of IPC for criminal breach of trust if she has taken valuable items with her.
