What to do if my sister husband is giving her divorce without reason

Dear sir, My sister was married 6year back and she was away from my place.for past one year her husband harrsed her mentally by absuing her character ans also mentally..after that my sister come to my home as she unable to tolerate that.Mean while few of my relatives talked with my siater laws family to setbthe issues and take my sister to her husband house..after 6days again he harrsed her by assis her character and send her to my home..After many phone calls also there are not interested to take her to his house and alway say my sister is not good so i dnt need.As we deceide to put a case against them that they r taking my sister to there homebut One of lawyer told that this issue was over 6months back if u lodge a case in ur home station FIR filing is not happen as case of incidence is away from ur home town and that to 6months back. Ad we came to know that my sister laws family they are ready to separate from my sister without or with minimal compensation to her and 5y aughter

The separations in between a husband and wife is not happens as like that, it should be go through a legal process and before there should be a counseling to two families, no problem here your sisters in laws family decided to give divorce and what your sister opinion on it, if she is not ready to it then she can have maximum rights to get her priorities, no problem go to PS and give a complaint in both the areas and hold a FIR Copy from them. Do not worry it may take some stretch period to get justice.
