What to do if my parents are torturing me repeatedly since years

My parents especially my mother used to beat me often just for a silly reasons and she used to scold me with bad words if no1 in home even for growing up a pet I don't rights to do it myself . She is Initiating me to avoid my friends and I shldnt even talk to my neighbours too
