What to do if my girlfriends parents have kept her under house arrest

11-May-2023 (In Family Law)
Me & My GF both are hindus, but different case, both above 25. I got married, but fighting a divorce case, which is expected to get over soon. My GF knows my past and willing to wait until I get DV and then proceed to marry. However currently our love matter is known to her parents and they have kept her under house-arrest. She is requesting me to rescue her and keep her in safe place, until I get DV. What is the legal way to solve this issue? Can I help her to come out of her house and arrange a job for her and take care of her financially without any legal implications?

Hello Sir,
Openly helping your gf now might get you into trouble. Since she is major she can very well choose any one as her life partner and no one can curtail that. You can inform police about her house arrest or you can arrange any of her other friends to lodge a complaint. In that case you'll also be safe. She can come out and live wherever she wants until you get divorce. Then there's no impediment in both of you getting married.
