What to do if fraud has been done to me in the name of marriage

Hello sir. I got married in the year of 2017 September. When they first time proposal came. They told to our family that guy is doing real estate business with his father. Both were doing this business.and from this business only we have got many properties like home agricultural land plots everything. And they told guy wants to do automobile business also we construct showroom.We thought family is well settled and thought that if I get marry with guy . My life will be happy with these family. So we expended 12lacks for the marriage and our family did all for my happiness. But once I go to their family after marriage. I got to know that guy is not doing any business and nothing. Always sits at home. No earnings nothing. He is jobless. And their parents forced me and my husband to go out of house and telling me to live by yourself. Because they just don't want that we stay with them. So now what can I do. No income to my husband and what actions against this fraud.
