Sir, We are both mutual consent divorce takened at 2013. But husband some year live alone.. Wife marry other person at 2013 he also have wife but no child... and 2018 today shi and that person both have 3years child. But she desideded live child and that person and re unite the old husband... It can possible re unit old husband and wife, and both can aplay take mutual canceled divorcee dicree... And any problem with new husband
The wife can reunite with the old husband but first of all the wife will have to take divorce from the new husband and settle all pending disputes if any pertaining to child custody alimony etc.
After that when the decree of divorce is granted, she can reunite with the previous husband by marrying him once again.
