What rights does mother have in naming her own child how to proceed

My father in law is not a good person, but my husband named my daughter after him and I am totally against this... Please advice what action to be taken?
For such cases legal remedy will be there. But you have to act against the will and wishes of your husband which may result in straining marriage. You can file declaration suit seeking declaration against your husband regarding naming of your kid
