What is the procedure for the division of grand father's property?

My grandfather got land through partion from ancestors.. ... He died in 1996.now his daughter demanding for share.will they get share legally? And my father expired recently.

No, your aunt would not be entitled to any share in the property of your grandfather who died intestate (i.e. without leaving any will) because the Amendment of 2005 in Hindu Succession Act, 1956 is not applicable to cases where the person dies before the date of commencement of Amendment Act.
