What can you do about mental harrassment by husband ?

Dear Madam/sir.i have completed my graduation.i am applying for government job's but my husband not accepting to apply.and he is saying if u apply I dnt wants you you go from my home like this he is saying.he always dominates me he don't respect to me and my family.he dnt send t to my home and if they have come he always scold them.he is harrasing me mentally.i have a baby for that reason I compromised in somany matters but now he he is trying to make me useless and like a maid at home.he don't value me.what can do for this problem.i don't have my parents if brother asking means he is not listening him and some bad words he is using to my family.h e is not listening anyone.so that's why I am seeking your advice and what type of rights I have in this situation.plz help me out.thanking you
