Madam, Please not the following rights of yours which you should not be deprived of: - (Assuming that you are a Hindu)
1. Right to residence in your matrimonial house.
2. Right to life as enumerated under Article 21 with respect and dignity.
3. Right for not to get cheated by your husband, else you are free to obtain divorce from your so called Husband!!
4. Right to take maintenance from your husband. This you can ensured by invoking the provision under either the DV Act or the Cr.Pc.
5. Right towards your Streedhan: - Those articles which was gifted you at the time of your marriage.
6. Right to claim property from your ancestral property or right to coparcener.

Please note that you are required to be brave and take a stand for yourself. If you are not ready to break your marriage, I suggest you to please get the help from a counselor. Aside you case take the help of the Women Commission as ask for their intervention. In case you are fed up of the relationship you can file a divorce petition on the ground of ill treatment or irretrievable marriage breakdown and move forward in your life to lead a peaceable life!
