We are two sisters, I'm the elder, no brother. Illegal accusation
15-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
I'm the elder sister and my younger sister lives in my parent's house with her husband and 5 yr old daughter since marriage. I live independently with my husband and son. My dad is alive while mom passed away in 2017. At first, they were not allowed by my mom in the house, however they fought with her for a long time and managed to stay there saying neighbors they are here for looking after my parents as I'm away. I didn't object and thought it's fine. But now after my mom passed away, my paralysed dad was alone and they tried to take away money. I occasionally visited my dad and thought that sister will never do such a thing. My mom had no property will and all his bank and insurance money was to my dad as nominee. Now my dad( mentally unstable 85+ age) is looking forward to give all property to my sister. My sister also has supposedly got some money because suddenly she is living a rich live with jewelry an all. What can I do now to get my share of the property?
You need to lodge a complain properly with all detailed facts and first get hold of your father and remove him to your house for safety reasons, then file a case against your sister and her husband by both you and your father and court will ask them to leave the premises and thereafter even an order can be obtained to throw them out from being legal heirs
