You will have to file an application for withdrawal of case through an advocate. Along with the application your affidavit will be filed mentioning the reason for withdrawal. Contact your Lawyer. . . .

Hello,
It is not clear from your query whether you have instituted Court proceedings or its just in the form of an FIR.
Therefore, if it is only an FIR, just go to the police station and give a withdrawal application in writing and the case will be closed.
If the case has been instituted in Court then appear before the Court on the next date of hearing and ask verbally for dismissal of the case and for safe measure also give a written submission to this effect to put on record.
Your hired lawyer can do this for you, otherwise for documentation please contact personally.
Take care n regards.
