Want divorce from my husband, am completed degree and married for three years havind 2 yr old daughter. What will be alimony amount if my husband salary is 80k after all reductions.i resigned my job to take care of my baby and home maker now,,, can i have my chid custody,,,my parents side financially no support... so pls answer ,,and what will be the cost for mutual divorce,, as per hindu act

yes you can file divorce or mutual consent divorce, since the child is 2 year old girl baby the custody can be with the mother, on wat ground u ask for divorce is required the maintenance amount will be decided as per you lifestyle and requirements
