Want to case for domestic violence , dowry.. but husband is in gulf co

I want to case against my husband of domestic violence, dowry, affair.. but he is in gulf country for work( work permit). He is a Indian citizen. My question is there any law which bring him back india or should I wait until he visit india. I am trying to be normal with him so that he will think to visit india.
certainly there is a way, to bring him back to India through harassment and additional dowry case, otherwise you will have to wait till comes back to India. it's your discretion discretion take decision to file a criminal case against against your husband or till he comes back
