Uncle claiming illegal share on my mothers property what to do

Our house is in my fathers name, after his death its on my mothers name. Our ancestral house is with uncle. Elder uncle has a plot behind my house. Its legally settled. Since he does not have money with him and he cannot build a house he is claiming part of our house. I am the sole earner. What should we do now?
If the property in question was transferred through will or by the way of Inheritance, your uncle does not have any right to claim any share in your property.
