Transfer property back to husband's name as wife filed 498A. Advice.

I m a muslim. My wife filed 2times false 498a and 1time 498a/494 in different PS and district. And 125 in family court. She has no income. I purchased a plot of land in her name by taking bank loan and selling my land. Can I claim to transfer that plot to my name?
