Threat of divorce given to hamper my marriage plans

Sir/madam,
the girl i wish to marry is sister in law of my cousin.The girl, her family, my family and all are ready for this marriage except of my cousin.He does not want me to marry his sister in law for unknown reason and have threatened the girl, her family that if they go ahead with this marriage...he will divorce their daughter whom he is married.Due to this threat, the girl and her family are not able to go ahead with our marriage....what can be done in this case...girl side does not want to take any legal action on their son in law...but due to this my marriage with the girl has become almost impossible...i have all the audio records of conversation where this threat by my cousin can be proved...can i take legal action against him...what will be the charges against him...please guide
