hi sir/mam,
my name is pandiyammal(F)....i have one elder sister,younger brother and my mom,father. All were dead except me.....My sister not married(deceased) and worked as cooperative society bank. Now, how can i apply my sister's benefits in court. Kindly please help me ...what are the procedures to apply. which court(district court or sub court) can apply.how much amount will pay for case mount amount(9 lac in bank,job or pension).
yes you can find for succession certificate inthe high court , the jurisdiction depends upon where the property is or money is, since all or deceased and u r the only legal heir you can file for succession and claim the money or property of the deceased
