STOPPING MY PARENTS FROM ABDUCTING MY OWN EARNINGS, PROPERTY

Im 27 single I'm financially stable. I live seperately from my parents since they are troubling me all the time for instance insulting me before relations, friends, even before tenants (encouraging them to use harsh words on me) and checking my bank balance with a guy from the bank straight. They thoughts are like they are god to me, and I can't sustain my life without their support.
I don't have and don't need any assets of this parents(0 assets from grandfather). And I don't want to give them my assets nd salary too for any reason in the future. I read online we can't disown legally in india, is that true?.
I need to know can they get my earnings, property later on either filing case or from police station?
Can I file a case on them nd make them to sign we both don't need either of their assets? Is that possible?

You seem to be agitated. You cannot disown your parents and vice versa. But your parents can claim for monthly maintenance from you if they aren't able to maintain themselves. And they can even get an order from the court that they can stay with you and you need to take good care of them. Better option would be to change the bank. Your properties are relatively safe. Your parents cannot force you to give away your property.
