Son not taking responsibility of Family

Sir My elder brother was given the job of my father on the grounds that he will help me in my education andtake care of my mother and home bit now after getting job and and after his marriage just after 18 months of my father's death he has refused to do any of those things and is not giving any support to us. Though my mother is getting pension but it is not enough for her expenses and my education. Is there any way to demand support legaly.Hindu
Your mother can file a case under sec 125 of crpc as well under the provisions of domestic violence laws, Court after considering the circumstances allow the maintenance from your brother who got your father's job.
