Sir,my wife stayed with me only 10 days.ow she is living with his parents.we are living separately since 3 years.she put the false cases dvc,mc,498a on me.every month I'm attending court cases 4 times.im unable to traveling from Vijayawada to Hyderabad.So how to shift the cases from Hyderabad to Vijayawada.if I can apply divorce can I pay the alimony to her.
if u want get transfer of cases into vijayawada from hyd file an application in s c Delhi stating the reason to transfer the cases to ur place because its inter state matteer will be get transfer only through supreme court order
