Separating from my irresponsible father

I have a very irresponsible father who hardly supportes us financially. Yet my mom stayed with him and look after all our financial needs. They are married for 23 years and I recently completed my education. We want to live separately from him. What can we do so that he won't interfer with us while we separately???
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that you and your mother wants to get separated from your irresponsible father as mentioned herein above by you, you and your mother are free to take such step and stay separately, and if you want your father shoyld not interfere you have to talk to him and discuss the same and settle whatever it's with you both if not then take legal action and get legally separated
