Rights of married woman if husband and in laws are forcing to leave

Actually due to some problems my father and my grandparents are mentally forcing my mother (and so that to me) to get out of their house.But we don't want to leave because we had done nothing wrong then why we should go. Can u plzzz suggest me something?Is there any law?can they make us out of their house forcefully?
If the said property in which you are living is of ancestral nature then you can file a suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court. Also, your mother can file a case for maintenance under section 125 of CrPC.
