Right of son to claim a share in the property acquired by father

My mother has one house on her name which is constructed by my father. Now my father passed away. She wants to write the house on my sister name. How can i get the house?
Dear,
As the house is registered on your mother's name, she can transfer the same to whoever she wants to. If your mother wants to write the house on your sister's name, she can do so and you cannot claim the house as a matter of right.
