Right of person in property in case mother willing denies right to son

Hi, I got married few months ago My husband is very co-operative while my mother-in-law is very arrogant she had an affair with one of my husband friend one day he caught her red handed after that she started creating problems My husband is against her but on other hand his elder brother and sisters are supporting her they said that let her do what she wants. She is defaming my husband image by saying that he is putting on blame on me and I’m not going to give my property to him please let me know what we can do in this situation
Your husband can file a partition case, for partition of all the joint properties. As far as you are concerned you can also file a case under domestic violence act for retaining right of residence in your matrimonial home.
