Relatives have taken money from my mother and not returned

Hi, My name is Peter my aunt has taken 50000 Fifty thousand rupees from my mother which was transferred through bank account but have not returned for past 8-10 years. Is there any legal action we can take to recover our money back?
you can file civil suit for recovery of 50000 rs. against your aunt in civil court and get your money back. Take a account statement of your bank and file complaint against your aunt. please consult with lawyer for further details and he will look after it.
