Regarding mutual divorce petition

We both have signed for mutual consent divorce petition a months ago and she already taken an amount of alimony a year back now she is delaying to file that petition,what to do I don't know I am just in mental pressure day by day.
Only you have option to send a legal notice to HER for come forward to file mutual consent divorce. if she does not come forward to, then file a petition for divorce before the Court. Both parties are required for mutual consent divorce.
