Sir, Am Married In 2018, my Wife is not Living with me from last 2years. We have a baby boy. After marriage she used to make fights on any issue n used to go to her parents. Everytime I used to go and bring her back. But after giving birth to a child i went to meet her n talked to her parents. But she's not ready to come and even her parents are not allowing her. So what process should be taken so that she and her parents will stop blackmailing and harassing me n my family. And will come to stay with me.
First of all it seems to be her modus operandi to go away and make you to do the things as per her wish. You should include each and every fact and issue notice to her for restitution of conjugal rights and also apply to court for custody of child or apply in restitution Petition itself for child.
