Regarding marriage certificate

Sir we did marraige in ghaziabad uttar pardesh at the time of marraige our agent did not change the surname of my wife in marriage certificate .
Is there have any way to change the surname now on marriage certificate.

First where the bride is having her residence & secondly where the bridegroom is residing & it can also be registered the place where the marriage took place.
